Solaire Pasay Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Solaire Pasay website and mobile application ("Platform"). Accessing any part of the Platform — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are written in English and governed under applicable Philippine law.

Solaire Pasay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes through the email address on their account. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Solaire Pasay, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of, or physically located in, the Philippines at the time of use.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of Solaire Pasay or any affiliated entity.

03 Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one registered account on Solaire Pasay. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. Accepted documents include: Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, and PRC ID.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
• You must notify Solaire Pasay immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Solaire Pasay will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Solaire Pasay are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya) used as the account holder's registered personal wallet.
• Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and online banking.
• Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted as a deposit method for gaming transactions.
• Cryptocurrency and digital asset payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the Solaire Pasay account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Processing times vary depending on the receiving institution.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on Solaire Pasay are subject to the specific rules of the product being used — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or eBingo. General rules that apply across all gaming categories are listed below.

• All bets are binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the relevant game or market is voided by Solaire Pasay.
• Solaire Pasay reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, duplicate markets, or technical faults.
• In the event of a dispute about a betting result, the official result declared by the governing body of the sport or game provider is final.
• Winnings are credited to the player's account balance after official settlement. Settlement timing varies by sport and event type.
• Solaire Pasay may limit or restrict betting access for any account where unusual patterns — including suspected arbitrage, bonus abuse, or match fixing involvement — are detected.

06 Promotions and Bonuses

Solaire Pasay runs promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. Players are advised to read individual promotion terms before participating.

• Promotions are available only to eligible registered players whose accounts are in good standing and fully verified.
• Bonuses and promotional credits may carry specific wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. These requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Solaire Pasay does not guarantee ongoing availability of any promotion. Promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
• Any suspected abuse of bonus terms — including coordinated staking, hedging, or exploitation of offer conditions — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account review.

07 Responsible Gaming

Solaire Pasay is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to all registered players through account settings.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits and loss limits are available in account settings and can be configured independently.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent — can be requested through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Online gaming involves real financial risk. Solaire Pasay does not guarantee winnings and does not endorse any system or strategy claiming to ensure positive returns.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Solaire Pasay. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering while under the age of 21 or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Operating more than one account, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Any form of money laundering, fund structuring, or use of gaming platforms to obscure the origin of funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion, or inside information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person for any reason.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Solaire Pasay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Detection of suspicious account activity, including but not limited to those described under Prohibited Activities.
• Request by the account holder for permanent self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

10 Limitation of Liability

Solaire Pasay provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from technical errors, or that the Platform will be accessible from all devices and networks at all times.

• Solaire Pasay is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond our direct control.
• We are not responsible for any decision a player makes based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Solaire Pasay's total liability to any individual player, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the value of that player's account balance at the time of the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation would be unlawful under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Use

Solaire Pasay collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, and usage data.
• Data is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, meet regulatory obligations, and communicate relevant account information.
• Solaire Pasay does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Changes to These Terms

Solaire Pasay may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — those affecting player rights, financial terms, or eligibility — registered players will receive notification via the email address on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue using the Platform after a change has been made and communicated, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
